Most cybersecurity professionals come from IT. I came from the back of an ambulance.
9 years as a paramedic taught me what it looks like when systems fail people, and how to make fast, accurate decisionswhen things get serious. 5 years in science-based dog behavior gave me something that doesn't come from a textbook: the ability to explain technically complex concepts to pawrents who may just be starting their learning journey.
Now building the technical foundation through Eastern College's ITA Cybersecurity program.
